Still waiting for my delivery...rubbish courier

I have used this product before- it's a light, dry oil & doesn't weigh your hair down; reduces drying time & is excellent. Quick delivery. I would have given 5 stars only there was a silverfish in the cardboard box with the item under the paper packing which dropped out and ran across the floor which was horrific.

I love this site. Easy to negotiate easy to buy and brilliant value. Keep it up. Hope you get many more followers.

My product didn’t get delivered, however was offered a choice between a refund or a replacement product Update 20/04/21I have been given a full refund, so happy with the customer service following the undelivered item.

Always a great service but I did have something missing from my order this time - and something I didn’t order! Anyway it was no problem I was sent the missing item straight away and told to keep the one that was wrongly sent so you can’t ask for more than that!

My package arrived quickly, well wrapped and just as I had ordered at an excellent price.
